Private Banking Business Support – Foreign Bank

Job Description

1. Assist  in monitoring selling process of investment products in compliance with regulatory requirement
2. Support internal control functions
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually statistics
4. Provide support to test and implement new internal control tools
5. Assist in the maintenance of internal control monitoring tool

Requirements

1. University degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent
2. 2 years relevant experience in private banking business control/investment banking is preferred
3. Good understanding of private banking products
4. Detailed minded and ability to handle tasks in coherent way
5. Good writing skills and precision in preparing document / control files according to internal rules
6. A team player and good communication skills
7. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
8. Proficient in English and Chinese
