Job Description
- Support unsecured lending acquisition through conducting outbound calls to existing customers for cross-selling of personal loan products
- Deliver quality services to achieve sales target
- Identify customers’ financial needs to provide professional advice and customized loan packages
- Handle personal loan applications and address customers’ enquiries to ensure smooth drawdown
- Ensure proper adherence to established guidelines and policies and external compliance
Requirements
- Post-secondary or above with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience preferably in personal loan sales or retail banking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Aggressive, self-motivated and mature with positive attitude
- A good team player with strong senses of ownership and attention to details
- Able to work independently and work under pressure
- Good proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin is preferred
