Job Description

  1. Lead a team to perform daily MPF administration works and ensure teammates to have standard performance and fulfill business requirement
  2. Coach and guide subordinates in MPF member enrollments, terminations, transfer in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practice
  3. Streamline the works and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
  4. Conduct regular reviews and update operations manual, policies and procedures with reference to internal requirements and regulatory changes
  5. Assist in carrying out various functional testing for systems enhancement purpose
  6. Assist to handle compliance status with statutory deadlines
  7. Handle special projects and tasks when necessary

 

Requirements

  1. Degree Holder or above in any discipline
  2. Knowledge and solid experience in MPF administration
  3. Operation and fund experience in pension administration is preferred
  4. Operational experience and management of teams within MPF, Funds and Trust operations environment
  5. Self-motivated and well organized
  6. Proficient in PC literature
