Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct periodical health check on branch operations control to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational risk control standards
- Increase branch staff awareness on operational control and risk management
- Review business and operational processes and recommend improvement alternatives to promote process efficiency and effectiveness
- Perform regular review of end-to-end processes and identify areas for enhancement to ensure smooth running of the retail branches
- Liaise and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for effective and efficient delivery of operational projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years’ retail banking experience in procedure formulation, process enhancement or project management, preferably with control and compliance related exposure ;
- Sound familiarity with branch operation management and compliance control
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
