Job Responsibilities
- Assist Manager for project administration and management.
- Provide all-round administrative support to project office periodically.
- Provide support to follow up overseas visitors like visa application, accommodation booking and other administrative duties.
- Marketing Research about relevant products (Not sales), account servicing (Only one).
- Ad hoc duties from Senior Manager.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma or above in any relevant disciplines.
- At least 3 years of solid experience in project coordination , customer service, some marketing experience.
- Good communication , patience and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Japanese speaking skill (JLPT N1) is an advantage (but not must).
