Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in contract drafting and review, contract management and legal research.
- Handle company secretarial matter with the assistance of external service provider.
- Maintain and handle trade (import/export) control guidelines and system set up internally.
- Perform general administrative duties (e.g. preparing training and presentation materials, documentations, internal reports and meeting arrangements).
- Ad hoc duties assigned as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law or related discipline like Compliance .
- At least 2 years legal and administration work experience in in-house legal department or law firm.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing.
- Organized, responsible and possess good communication skills.
- Long relevant experience will also be consider if without mentioned education background.
