Job Description
- Answer enquiries and assist in Security Trade Control (STC) audit/survey/training, maintain the Company’s Global Security Trade Control (G-STC) system
- Assist in Company’s compliance management and company secretarial matters
- Communicate and handle legal and commercial documents
- Conduct research on legal issues and legal developments relevant to the Company’s business
- Handle Corporate Administration’s expiry management and the Company’s intranet portfolio
- Handle Corporate Administration’s related contracts review, insurances or related claims
- Handle expatriates visa and accommodation matters
- Handle filing of commercial documents
- Assist with team head on in-house digitalization projects
Requirements
- Degree in relevant discipline
- 2 years legal and administration work experience in law firm or in-house legal department
- Exposure in Hong Kong legal system and regulatory environment, corporate governance and compliance management would definitely be an advantage
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Exposure to digitalization projects is an advantage
