Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for night shift management Hotel Call Center
  • Customer order taking such as provide towers, housekeeping and In Room Dining services
  • Other complaint receipt and response for solution

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Good communication skills and independent
  • Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese, Mandarin is highly preferred
