Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Handle business referrals from Commercial and SME Banking
- Handle enquiries related to MPF from branches and clients
- Perform customer service duties to MPF clients
- Update procedures, prepare compliance reports and regulatory returns, conduct referral training to branch colleagues
- Participate ad hoc projects
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, Insurance or Finance
- Holder of the licences of MPF Individual Intermediary and SFC Type 1 and 4 is a must
- At least 8 years of sales and marketing experience in ORSO/MPF, investment management or insurance business; experience in product development is preferable
- Good understanding of MPF products and related regulatory requirements
- Well versed in MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency in English and Cantonese
- A Good team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
