Job Description

  1. Responsible to prepare documents for trust establishment and transfer including trust deeds, letter of wishes and board resolutions etc.
  2. Responsible for handling Employees’ Share Award Scheme’s operation, including shares grant and vesting, trade orders and settlement instructions.
  3. Liaise with both internal and external partners in trust investment, management and distributions of trust assets
  4. Conduct KYC, AML and related compliance checking in trust

 

Requirements

  1. Degree holder in law, accounting, company secretary, or business related disciplines
  2. Professional qualifications e.g. STEP, CPA, LLM or ACIS is preferred
  3. Knowledge in FATCA and CRS reporting is an advantage
  4. Strong communication skills and self-motivated
  5. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
