Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement the customer management strategies for retail banking customers to improve customer stickiness and product penetration
  • Conduct market intelligence and customer behavior analysis to support segment and product strategy formulation and business opportunities exploration
  • Use of business analytics and campaign management to enhance competitiveness of retail banking products
  • Implement continuous data mining to develop effective tracking mechanism to improve key business drivers
  • Co-ordinate with sales channels and relevant stakeholders to maximize campaign effectiveness

 

Requirements

  • Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in retail banking, product management and customer management or sales development area
  • Proficiency in statistical tools with SAS programming knowledge
  • Proven track record and good knowledge in business development, customer segmentation, brand management and marketing program development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written including Putonghua
