Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop business plans to drive investment products and services includes UT, Bonds and Private Banking products to meet business targets;
- Manage and work closely with internal and external business partners/product providers to provide quality products and services to the Bank’s customers;
- Support the strategic planning for business expansion, including development of new products, new customer segments, niche industry, new markets or new sales channels;
- Drive enhancement on investment products and services for relevant systems, documentation, selling processes and sales support tools;
- Launch competitive products, services, promotions and conduct evaluations and reviews to meet different market segment needs;
- Develop and control the quality of customer communications in relation to the products under management;
- Work with business partners and advertising agencies on above-the-line and below-the-line marketing communications and campaign execution;
- Actively monitor and manage products performance and keep track of market intelligence;
- Coordinate with sales channels and other departments to facilitate quality sales and after-sales service delivery to customers and to maximize the effectiveness of sales campaigns.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Finance, Marketing or related disciplines;
- Over 4 years of solid experience in product development preferably in banking field;
- Strong marketing and communications skills;
- Solid quantitative and analytical skills;
- Good interpersonal and project management skills.
