Job Description
Job duties:
- Monitor the sales compliance of regulated activities of MPF/ORSO business
- Assist management in monitoring the selling process conducted by licensed intermediaries
- Organize and implement the promotion campaigns and sales management programs
- Assist in designing of promotion programs including the preparation of marketing materials for MPF
- Assist Responsible Officer in drafting the procedure manual
- Coordinate for the User Acceptance Test of various IT projects
Job requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Marketing, Business, Investment, or related disciplines
- Over 4 years’ relevant experience in sales / compliance / marketing in retirement industry is preferred
- Basic understanding of the regulatory requirements for MPF regulated activities
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
