Job Description
Responsibilities
- Formulate product, marketing and pricing strategies for secured lending products including mortgages, secured overdraft and premium financing
- Develop new products or enhance existing products to meet customer needs and collaborate with relevant internal parties for product development
- Conduct analysis on business performance and product profitability to drive business and revenue growth of secured loans products
- Identify and analyze channel and consumer behavior to deliver insights for channel development, marketing campaign and strategic initiatives
- Keep abreast of the latest development of secured loan business and conduct market intelligence to formulate product strategies to meet customers’ demand
Requirements
- Degree holder in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Computing or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ product and marketing experience in retail banking
- Proficient in SAS, SQL , Excel VBA
- Skilled in data analysis to draw insights
- Good presentation and communication skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
