Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality management and performance reporting to enhance Management insight in financial performance measurement and strategic business decision
- Conduct financial performance/P & L analysis by business lines and products
- Support KPI setting and monitoring
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to carry out the budget/forecast process
- Provide MIS/finance-related support as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder of Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- HKICPA or similar professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant banking experience in areas of management reporting, financial performance measurement, financial performance analysis, management accounting or MIS support
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong coordination skills and good team player
