Job Description

Job duties:

  • Lead a team for the business units in retail banking and to compile MIS business tracking reports
  • Guide the team members to work closely with business and channel teams on campaign management including campaigns design and evaluation etc.
  • Responsible for customer behavioral analysis and evaluation, channels analysis, development and maintenance of propensity models for cross-selling and retention, marketing campaign management in Retail Banking
  • Identity business opportunities by performing the in-depth analysis for increasing the customer value through improved targeting and customer experience among various channels

Job requirements:

  • University graduates major in statistics, quantitative analysis, computer science or related disciplines
  • Over 4 years’ experience in analytics of retail banking
  • Experience in analytical skills, campaign management and MIS reports
  • Knowledge in SAS programming or related tools
  • Good communication and leadership skills

Candidate with less experience will be considered as “Assistant Manager, Customer Value Management
