Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring/self assessment program for ongoing improvement of the Bank’s operations
- Schedule on-site visit to perform compliance review on selected high risk operations
- Prepare regular management reports on compliance review and updates
- Provide recommendations on compliance issues and findings identified
- Follow up implementation progress of recommendations with relevant parties concerned
- Handle enquires from auditors and regulators
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years’ banking experience in areas related to compliance/audit/internal control functions
- Familiarity with HKMA/ SFC/PCPD requirements
- Good presentation and report writing skills
- Detail oriented with analytical mindset
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese
