Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Project Leader in our Core Banking Project Team
- Responsible for driving, coordinating and supporting business units in various business analytical activities including requirement definition, changes in business processes/ workflows, solution design and recommendation, project planning, risk management, UAT, conversion verification, user training and other implementation tasks.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 10 years’ working experience in business analysis, process and system solution recommunication, design and implementation with at least 5 years in banking environment.
- Experience in branch teller operation and process re-engineering is preferable
- Good understanding of banking industry in terms of products and services, operational requirements, regulatory compliance, market and related technology trends and other common business challenges
- Experienced in vendor partnership with successful joint delivery of technology solution for business support
- Positive, proactive with desire and passion in driving business growth through smart application of technology and adequate design of operational process
- Mature, independent, able to deliver quality results under tight schedule
- Good team player, strong communication skills
