Job Description


  • Full spectrum of secretarial support to top management including travel arrangements, scheduling appointment and personal agenda management
  • Prepare minutes, reports, English/Chinese/Japanese (JLPT N1) correspondence and translation
  • Administrative supports to team members, including payment reimbursement, medical claims, working visa/ membership application and renewal, etc.
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks as instructed by supervisor


  • Degree/ Higher Diploma in Business Management or above/related discipline with formal secretarial training
  • Strong language skills in Japanese (JLPT N1), English and Chinese.
  • Solid experience in Japanese/ Chinese translation work.
  • Secretarial/ administrative support experience from sizable Japanese company is an advantage.
  • Conversant with computer skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, well organized, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities
