Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of secretarial support to top management including travel arrangements, scheduling appointment and personal agenda management
- Prepare minutes, reports, English/Chinese/Japanese (JLPT N1) correspondence and translation
- Administrative supports to team members, including payment reimbursement, medical claims, working visa/ membership application and renewal, etc.
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks as instructed by supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree/ Higher Diploma in Business Management or above/related discipline with formal secretarial training
- Strong language skills in Japanese (JLPT N1), English and Chinese.
- Solid experience in Japanese/ Chinese translation work.
- Secretarial/ administrative support experience from sizable Japanese company is an advantage.
- Conversant with computer skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills, well organized, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities
