Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support on Desktop systems, networks, hardware/software setups and troubleshooting
 - Respond to enquiries from internal users on technical support, troubleshooting and resolution
 - Monitor network, operation system and surveillance to ensure stability of service
 - Good knowledge on Window destop operating systems and servers
 - Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
 
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
 - IT technical support exposure an advantage
 - Fresh graduates will also be considered
 - Immediate available
