Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome walk-in & phone-in customers according to the established service standard
- Handle customer enquiries and requests, and always seek advice from supervisor for proper handling of customer complaint as and when necessary
- Perform loan processing and administrative duties
- Assist in payment transaction such as disbursing loan proceeds and handle repayment over the counter
Requirements
- Secondary education
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in Consumer Finance/banking industry preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- With initiative, pleasant personality and willing to learn
- Good command of English and Chinese
