Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of insurance specialists and formulate sales plans and initiatives for driving insurance sales achievement by branch sales
- Work closely with stakeholders and enhance the sales specialist model to increase overall sales productivity
- Develop sales aids/training materials to enhance capabilities and professionalism of the sales force
- Review the sales process and develop guidelines in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Insurance Partner and distribution channels for optimizing sales activities
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant bancassurance experience in sales and marketing
- Professional licensing qualifications per local regulatory bodies requirement
- Sound knowledge and sales experience in insurance products and services
- Strong leadership skill with sales management experience is definitely an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in PC skill; particular in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
