Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support within the Human Resources Department
- Create reports as needed in related to headcount, training, compensation, etc.
- Maintain staff attendance record and filing system in an accurate and orderly manner
- Handle routine reporting and system maintenance assigned
- Handle candidate scheduling and logistics as required
Qualifications:
- Degree holder ideally in human resources management with 3 years’ relevant experience
- Outstanding problem solving skills and the ability to streamline processes in dynamic environment
- Can work under pressure and attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and verbal English, Mandarin
