Job Description
Our client, a global asset management company is looking for a Part time/Contract HR Assistant. Ideal candidate will need to have recruiting experience, strong admin / organizational skills to help in scheduling, logistics, and system input.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and recruitment support within the Human Resources department
- Create reports as needed in related to headcount, training, compensation, etc.
- Handle routine reporting and system maintenance as assigned
- Handle candidate scheduling and logistics as required
Requirements
- Minimum completion of 2nd year of Bachelor’s degree, ideally in human resources management
- Outstanding problem solving skills and the ability to streamline processes in dynamic environment
- Attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and verbal English is essential
