Job Description

Our client, a global asset management company is looking for a Part time/Contract HR Assistant.  Ideal candidate will need to have recruiting experience, strong admin / organizational skills to help in scheduling, logistics, and system input.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative and recruitment support within the Human Resources department
  2. Create reports as needed in related to headcount, training, compensation, etc.
  3. Handle routine reporting and system maintenance as assigned
  4. Handle candidate scheduling and logistics as required

 

Requirements

  1. Minimum completion of 2nd year of Bachelor’s degree, ideally in human resources management
  2. Outstanding problem solving skills and the ability to streamline processes in dynamic environment
  3. Attention to details
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Fluency in written and verbal English is essential
