Job Description
- Provide daily administrative support for full range of human resources functions and duties
- Assist to prepare regular HR reports for management review
- Support employee onboarding and off boarding including reference check, new joiner orientation and final payment calculation etc
- Maintain employee information by updating employment record in HR system
- Assist in HR projects including system implementation
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree/diploma holder in HR Management or related disciplines
- 1 to 2 years’ working experience in HR field, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility
