Job Description

  1. Provide daily administrative support for full range of human resources functions and duties
  2. Assist to prepare regular HR reports for management review
  3. Support employee onboarding and off boarding including reference check, new joiner orientation and final payment calculation etc
  4. Maintain employee information by updating employment record in HR system
  5. Assist in HR projects including system implementation
  6. Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  1. Degree/diploma holder in HR Management or related disciplines
  2. 1 to 2 years’ working experience in HR field, fresh graduate will also be considered
  3. Proficient in MS Office applications
  4. Good command of both English and Chinese
  5. Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  6. Positive and proactive attitude and with strong sense of responsibility
