Job Description
Job duties:
- Lead the team and develop subordinates, so that staff can perform up to standard
- Promote and secure trust services to high net worth private trust clients (both bank and non-bank channels)
- Formulate the goals, objectives and sales plan so as to generate business
- Improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team
- Perform ad-hoc project and assignment when required
Job requirements:
- Degree in Law, Accounting or business related disciplines, preferably with professional qualification such as HKCIS, CPA, STEP, ACCA
- Over 6 years supervising marketing team experience in trust services in related financial institutions
- Sales-oriented, with good analytical & professional presentation skills
- Capability to draw up effective marketing plan independently
- Good business acumen with innovative ideas
