Job responsibilities:
- Formulate the goals, objectives and business of the Private Trust Business Department
- Handle promotion and securing trust services to high net worth private trust clients (both bank and non-bank channels)
- esponsible for training and developing subordinates so that staff can perform up to the required standard and successors can be identified
- Ensure and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team
- Perform ad-hoc project and assignment
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in business related discipline, STEP, CPA, CFP or ACCA is preferable
- At least 8 years supervising marketing team experience in trust services in banking industry
- Sales-oriented, good analytical and professional presentation skills with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to draw up effective marketing plan independently
- Have innovative ideas for business development to achieving team’s targets
- Marketing experience with Mainland China market is an advantage
- Frequent travelling is necessary
- Good Command of written and spoken Putonghua and English
