Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reporting line is Senior Management of the Group and to supervise a team to monitor the macro-economic situation and evaluate the potential impact of changes;
- Keeping track and in compliance with the policy of HKMA and the government’s fiscal and monetary status;
- Tackle with complex problems and to develop innovative strategies to quantify the competitiveness performance of the Bank’s operations and image;
- Handling and presentation of performance reports on business segments and develop metrics to measure characteristics of the business.
Requirements:
- Master degree with Economic, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines;
- 10 years banking experience with at least 5 years with strategic planning;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent analytical and pro-active mind set;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin MUST.
