Job Description
- Oversee / manage the operations of Information Technology department
- Lead IT department to provide solutions and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of technology projects
- Manage software related matters and respective strategies
- Plan and drive technology initiatives and address the business needs
- Ensure the compliance of all internal IT systems in the bank
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or information engineering related disciplines
- Years of solid experience in banking IT or Fintech industry
- Familiar with core banking systems /softwares such as MPFPro, CCASS and ICSS, etc.
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership and people management skills
- Proficient in computer literature
