Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all food items and operations of kitchen
  • Monitoring production, quality and consistency of food are in accordance with recipes and standards
  • In charge of both hot and cold kitchen
  • Ensure delivery on time of all food and working procedure

 

Requirements:

  • Long working experience in western kitchen (hotel is an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of food handling, hygiene, preparation & cooking procedures
  • Self-motivation, punctual with good team spirits and ability to learn
  • Good communication skill and be able to communicate effectively with team members
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Basic English communication required
