Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all food items and operations of kitchen
- Monitoring production, quality and consistency of food are in accordance with recipes and standards
- In charge of both hot and cold kitchen
- Ensure delivery on time of all food and working procedure
Requirements:
- Long working experience in western kitchen (hotel is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of food handling, hygiene, preparation & cooking procedures
- Self-motivation, punctual with good team spirits and ability to learn
- Good communication skill and be able to communicate effectively with team members
- Team player with positive attitude
- Basic English communication required
