General Manager (Insurance Sector)

Job Description

1. Formulate and implement strategic plans to maximize business performance, operational efficiency and effectiveness of the department
2. Provide leadership, direction and manage overall operational activities
3. Ensure staff compliance with established practices , internal and external regulations

Requirements:

1. Degree holder or above in any discipline
2. 10 years’ working experience in life insurance industry, with managerial experience in the sector
3. Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
