Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead an accounting team to perform full set of accounts and month end closing
- Responsible for AR, AP and daily account transactions
- Provide support in financial reporting, process improvement and development of RPA automation solution
- Enhance the company’s internal control in place and formulate appropriate policy and procedures
- Manage staff performance, optimize work efficiency and maintain team engagement
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve credit control
- Handle ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder with HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience gained from Trading/Manufacturing/Sourcing companies
- Possess leadership capabilities, solid operational and technical accounting background
- Experience in Japanese trading companies is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP/ERP
- Good interpersonal, problem solving and management skills
- Good command of English and Chinese. Japanese speaking is an advantage.
