Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support in professional manner to Senior Management including but not limited to managing schedule, arranging appointments, handling correspondence and telephone calls
- Handle travel arrangement, accommodation booking and expense reimbursement
- Provide effective communication with internal and external parties
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, functions or special events
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduate or equivalent with five years of secretarial experience
- High sensitivity of confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin proficiency is a MUST
- Fast, detail-minded, careful, independent and with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet strict timelines and perform multiple tasks
- Good PC skills including word processing, database spreadsheet programs and power point
