Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support in professional manner to Senior Management including but not limited to managing schedule, preparing management reports and publications
- Provide effective communication with internal and external parties.
- Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, functions or special events.
- Handle travel arrangement, accommodation booking and expense reimbursement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 8 years proven track record in serving senior executives in banking and finance sector
- High sensitivity of confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin proficiency is a MUST.
- Efficient, detail-minded, independent and with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet strict timelines and perform multiple tasks.
- Good PC skills including Chinese word processing
