Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform counter service duties such as receiving and paying cash/check, remittance etc
- Manage and respond to customer enquiries
- Assist in promoting retail banking products to customers
- Assist in back office duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Secondary education or above with minimum 2 years’ teller or customer service experience in retail banking
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated & detail-minded
- Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
