Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify retail banking business system requirements and produce specifications, covering money collection and payment via ATM, Self-Service Machine, FPS, APP, SVF, Card, Cardless, E-wallet etc.
- Contribute to system revamp according to strategic direction, business plan and regulatory updates.
- Establish detail acceptance test procedures; manage, coordinate and conduct joint testing; document user procedures and provide user training.
- Liaise with various internal teams and external parties for the most effective and efficient development and implementation of solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in retail banking or personal banking business.
- Good hands-on knowledge and experience in business and data analytics.
- Strong inter-personal skills with a drive to deliver quality solution, and the ability to build cordial relationship with technical colleagues and business partners.
