Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality customer service through efficient counter transactions
  • Grasp opportunities to cross sell bank products and services that meet customers’ requirements
  • Ensure transactions executed in accordance with bank’s policies and compliance requirements
  • Support back-end branch operations

 

Requirements:

  • Secondary education with customer servicing or bank counter servicing experience an advantage
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a service environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Keen learner with positive attitude
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English
