Job Description

Job duties:

  • Report to the Branch Manager
  • Provide quality customer services to bank clients
  • Responsible for handling counter transactions
  • Assist back office duties.
  • Promote Retail Banking products to bank customers if necessary


Job requirements:

  • Secondary education or attain the HKDSE with 2 years’ counter services experience
  • Excellent customer servicing skills
  • Assist in promoting and cross-selling banking products
  • Good customer service and communication skills
