Job Description

  1. Lead a small team to provide customer services to MPF and ORSO clients
  2. Communicate and coordinate with both internal and external parties to resolve customer inquiries
  3. Follow up with clients on various aspects related to MPF and ORSO schemes
  4. Handle complaints, draft reports and conduct digital service development etc.

 

Requirements

  1. Degree or above in business or related disciplines
  2. Over 3 years’ customer service experience in retirement industry and pass in MPF Intermediaries Examination
  3. Attention to details and independent
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Good computer literature
