Job Description
- Lead a small team to provide customer services to MPF and ORSO clients
- Communicate and coordinate with both internal and external parties to resolve customer inquiries
- Follow up with clients on various aspects related to MPF and ORSO schemes
- Handle complaints, draft reports and conduct digital service development etc.
Requirements
- Degree or above in business or related disciplines
- Over 3 years’ customer service experience in retirement industry and pass in MPF Intermediaries Examination
- Attention to details and independent
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer literature
