Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle customers’ enquiries, requests and complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain and update customer information upon request
  • Record the calls’ record to the system accurately

 

Requirements

  • DSE Graduates/ Diploma holders or above;
  • Night shift duty from 23:00pm to 8:00am
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in Credit Card Centre / Customer service
  • Proficient in computer knowledge (including Chinese Word Processing)
  • Good command of Cantonese. Fluent in English and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
