Job Description
- Handle counter services including deposit processing, cheque clearing, remittance ,autopay set up and cheque book issuance etc.
 - Ensure efficient counter service operation and provide quality service to customers
 - Manage and respond to customer enquiries
 - Perform scanning and uploading of client’s account documentation to the system
 - Perform account posting on bank charges and audit confirmation etc
 - Other ad hoc duties as assigned
 
Requirements
- Secondary education or diploma holder with minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience
 - Knowledge in counter service operation and familiar with cheque clearing/remittance
 - Detail minded and customer-oriented
 - Team player with good communication and organizational skills
 - Proficiency in English and Chinese
