Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Department Head to implement and execute internal / external events, roadshows and conferences;
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and monthly newsletters;
- Organizing staff events, handling event day logistics and ordering corporate gifts;
- Provide admin. support to other team members;
- Ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Journalism or Translation;
- 2 years+ working experience in event management in Banking / Financial Institute;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin (MUST);
- Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing);
- Can work under pressure with flexibility and handle multi tasks in a fast pace;
- A good team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
- Independent, hardworking and responsible;
- Organize and attention to detail.
