Job Description
- Provide compliance advisory support to businesses in trust, pension and fund management services
- Keep abreast of regulatory requirements and enhance staff awareness to ensure proper compliance
- Review and update AML policies and procedures and provide advice on AML/CFT, FATCA and CRS related matters
- Perform compliance review to ensure regulatory compliance
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Degree holder with 6 to 8 years relevant AML/CFT experience in financial institutions/trustee/asset management
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements of MPF Scheme and compliance in SFC authorized funds and private funds
- Attentive to details, compliance and control oriented with good communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
