Responsibilities
- Provide compliance support to businesses on investment activities
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes and analyse their impact on businesses
- Review internal operational procedures to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal control guidelines
- Review new business/activity proposals by business or operations
- Provide training to enhance staff compliance awareness
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Law, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in banking sector
- Familiar with treasury operations and local regulatory requirements on investment products
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
