Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of company secretarial duties to ensure compliance with banking rules and ordinance and statutory requirements
  • Oversee all corporate governance related matters
  • Organize and prepare for board meetings, committee meetings and general meetings
  • Drafting company secretarial documents and minutes
  • Provide advisory and secretarial support to senior management

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Corporate Governance or related discipline with professional HKICS or ICSA qualification
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years’ relevant experience with proven track record in serving senior executives, preferably in banking and finance sector
  • Strong knowledge in company secretarial work
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and report writing skills
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin essential
