Job Description

Job duties:

  • Handle a wide range of company secretarial duties of the bank
  • Provide quality secretarial support and company secretarial matter to senior management
  • Organize, facilitate and participate in board, board committees and general meetings
  • Handle statutory filings and compliance matters by complying all regulatory, legal and corporate governance matters
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments when required


Job requirements:

  • Degree holders or above
  • Holder of HKICS or ICSA qualification
  • Over 5 years’ relevant experience with proven track record in serving senior executives/ board of directors preferably in Banking, Finance or Asset Management sectors
  • Experience and extensive knowledge in company secretarial works
  • High Language proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal, organizational and report writing skills


Candidate with less experience can be considered for the positions “Company Secretary Officer”
