Job Description


  • Food preparation work and general cooking under the supervision of Demi Chef Supervisor (Japanese)
  • Monitoring dish ingredients and portion sizes
  • Check freshness of food and ingredients, inspect suppliers, maintain high standards of hygiene
  • Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation



  • Form 5 or above or equivalent
  • 1 – 2 year(s) relevant experience with Japanese food & beverage cooking knowledge
  • Positive and team work with members
  • General Japanese communication level is an advantage
